Refund policy

At noverxa customer satisfaction is our priority.

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
* Products that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
* Once your returned item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
